Well I just looked at my blog stats and I have an average of two views a day…man it is possible that I am the next blogging sensation on the internet. However that doesn’t include the numerous people who subscribe to me via RSS….and by numerous I mean Austin he has however turned me onto the world of Google Reader. It is so helpful to following the blogs that I read because it means that I don’t have to click a bunch of blogs and get depressed and feel as though I wasted my time when there is nothing there for me to read, instead I click one thing and they are all there listed for me in one convienient place…

The weather in AZ is not nearly as bad as it has been. It is only like 100 out here on average now. I think that it feels good outside, especially at night when it gets down into the 70’s. It is just so nice now to sit outside and hang out because the weather is so nice

Tonight hung out with the College Age small group after I lead my small group, and it was fun. These are definetly some of the people that I am going to miss the most when I leave here…..that is if I decide to leave here. I may get married and stay here forever…who knows

Austin had to buy me lunch today from a bet that we made about the USC vs. Ohio State game, now I am a fan of the Big 10 but I mean honestly when someone bets be lunch that Ohio State is going to beat USC I am all over that. He is from Indiana…what do you expect

It is possible that I got slightly link happy in this blog…I am off to bed tomorrow is my day off and I am going to see Switchfoot and Third Day tomorrow night, and the best part is that it is free!!

So i realized that it has been a while since I last posted, don’t have much to say but alas it is a post

I am in love with Google Reader…thanks Austin he get me hooked on new things, such as the show Life…I like this show..it is like Dr. House as a cop…..i mean come on awesome…

stats suck…everyday

this guy has the idea of stats suck Sunday….well my stats suck everyday so I am doing it today…

• It is sad that now since swimming is over the olympics have nothing to show, so they talk alot and show a bunch of stuff that already happened the previous day
• Arizona is still hot, I hope that ends soon
• I get to go home in less than a month!
• I get to go to California for the first time in two months!!!
• I was just watching the trampoline competition, I want to find out where to purchase one of those large things and want to play on one, they get super high
• Bella Caroli has an awesome voice and an even more awesome moustache
• The gymnasts impress me, they are to strong for their own good.
• China cheated……….

some thoughts……..

Well first of all I am sitting here doing the exact same thing that I have done every other night for the past week, that is sit and watch the Olympics. I have never really got into the olympics before, I mean I would watch them and whatever, but this year I have made an effort to sit and watch them. It could be the fact that these people amaze me with how in shape they are, and how strong they are. The week has been full of swimming and also the gymnastics competition. Now I have never been into either one of these two events, but I watch these and get excited for what is happening, it is just so enthrawling and I get so happy when the Americans kick some butt. The only problem that I have is that since I live on the west coast now, apparently NBC hates us and when it says “Live” in the corner, that means that it was live at one point. Seeing as how we are so far behind bejing time, it would not get the good ratings if they really showed it live, so they tape delay it and the problem is with all of the excitment that is following these two specific events whatever happens it is immediatly put on the internet. This means that I have to avoid everything on the internet and also on the radio so that I don’t know what happens. But I shall live with it, I mean honestly what coice do I have. While I was typing this Michael Phelps which won his sixth gold medal and set another world record. My question is does this whole thing get less exciting. I mean honestly this guy has won like 12 gold medals and I would begin to think that by the tenth one you are gonna get kind of old of the feeling. I mean it isn’t going to change much.

The State Fair was this week in Illinois, and through the years of working at it I never thought I would say this, but I really miss being out there this week. This is really the first time that I have been somewhat homesick since I have been out here in Arizona and it is just because it is it is something that I have done every year, and get to see everyone in the family.

On the note of Arizona, I love it out here. I am learning so much by working with these guys out here, and as was shown to me last night, they trust me to take care of things. I had Jr. High small groups last night, which we had about 7 groups meeting and about 45 kids registered to be here. Well we had about 10 kids show up that had not registered and also had alot of kids who did not know where they needed to go. So I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out where people were supposed to go, and also figuring out where to put some of the new people that were not in any groups. And on top of that, we also had some the high school groups meeting last night and some of them did not know where to go, so they were also asking me and I had no idea which made everything so easy and exciting…

I saw Tropic Thunder today, and I would venture to say that it is one of the funniest movies that I have seen in a long time. It was halarious

I come home again in 27 days and that time I get to see everyone up at Lincoln which makes me all sorts of excited!

all i can say is wow…

What has the world come to?

oh mexico….

So I am sitting here writting this from the back patio of our condo in Mexico. We got here this afternoon and it is going to be great. The ocean is about 200 feet from where I am sitting right now and there is an awesome breeze coming off of it that makes it nice outside.

The house itself has Satelite TV and wireless internet (which is not the best and only works when it wants to) but it will be fun here, and it is a nice break from the everyday work that I have been doing for the past two months while I was out here.

I will post some pictures maybe tomorrow, because there is a bad jelly fish infestation on the beach, so I am not sure how much I will be getting in the water this week. I got stung on the toe today, and to be honest it does not hurt that bad, but it does not feel the best. But it happens so whatever

I am also super excited to come home next week and to see my friends, and my family that I have not seen in a few months. My flight gets in early Thursday morning, so if you are bored Thursday, Friday, Sunday, or Monday give me a call and we will hang out! It will be a blasty blast!
Well I am off to do whatever, so yea I will try and post tomorow

• when it gets humid out I do not want to go outside….ever

Found it…..Positive Post Tuesday

So this is an idea that this guy had over at his blog. I met this guy once while he was tour managing for this guy. To be honest I can’t remember how I found his blog, but he actually wirtes on it all the time and his posts are so much fun to read so head over there and see what he is all about. It is to post positively about someone on Tuesday, so I figured I would give it shot..

Today I want to post about some good freinds of mine. Their names are Joe and Amy Flammer. Joe was a youth minister in the area of my hometown and felt called by God and moved over to New Zeland in order to plant a church

This is a picture of their team. Joe is one of the most dedicated people that I have met and loves working for God. He is very talented at both dealing with adults and youth, most importantly he is a very good speaker which will serve him well over there. I want to go and visit them and perhaps take a group of kids sometime to help them out with some things, perhaps when I have a ministry I can make this happen.
